Our Swiss Gruyere is only made when the fat of the milk and protein are at a certain ratio. We then can ensure we produce the finest and most beautiful Gruyere possible. Our soft cheese including our Brie varies during the year from the finest spring flush or grass to the warmer summer milk . This will change the profile and flavours of this cheese through out the year.

Our cheese is produced directly from the farm in our own boutique cheese factory. All our cheese are made with certified organic milk . We are passionate, committed & dedicated to making the best quality product from the purest organic milk. With passion and endeavor we want to share our beautiful cheeses with our intelligent and conscientious customers.
